The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has deployed no fewer than 1,700 corps members to Bauchi State for the 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 orientation exercise.
According to the state’s NYSC Public Relations Officer, Mr. Jacob Unogwu, registration will take place at the Permanent Orientation Camp in Wailo, Ganjuwa LGA, from July 30 to midnight of July 31. The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled for August 1, with the orientation programme ending on August 19.
Unogwu emphasized that only properly verified graduates would be allowed into the camp, as security screenings would be conducted to prevent impersonation. He warned corps members to strictly follow all camp rules, including dress codes and punctuality, noting that violators would be sanctioned.
He also cautioned against embarking on late-night travel for safety reasons and advised all prospective corps members to arrive on time and remain law-abiding throughout the programme.
