The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) is to still provide passenger and cargo ground handling services for Emirates Airlines at Lagos airport.
This is contained in a statement issued by the Chairman of NAHCO, Dr Seinde Fadeni, on Monday in Lagos.
It said that the renewed contract with Emirates underscored NAHCO’s commitment to delivering exceptional ground handing services.
According to the statement, it also highlights NAHCO’s role as a critical partner in Nigeria’s aviation industry.
“We are honoured to welcome Emirates Airlines back to Nigeria and to continue our longstanding relationship with this important airline.
“We look forward to further strengthening valued partnerships,” it said.
The statement quoted the Group Executive Director, Commercial and Business Development at NAHCO, Prince Saheed Lasisi, as saying that the successful renewal of the contract with Emirates reflected the hard work and dedication of the NAHCO team.
The statement also quoted Mr Indranil Gupta, Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of NAHCO, as reaffirming NAHCO’s commitment to supporting the growth of its partners in Nigeria. (NAN)
