The General Overseer of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, on Sunday charged Christians to increase their faith in God to be able to experience miracles.
Muoka gave the charge at the church’s 2024 National Retreat which coincided with its 22nd anniversary celebration.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the two-day retreat, which began on Saturday, had the theme: “Only God Can Do It”.
The event featured praise and worship, prayer and testimony sessions.
Muoka said that miracles would not happen without a basis.
“There has to be a foundation of faith for such to happen. Take a step of faith today and receive life-changing miracles.
“Those that are testifying of the goodness of God made effort toward it; therefore, challenge God with your own step of faith and participate in God’s uncommon blessings, healing, deliverance and protection.
“Grace is your privilege but you have to take that step of faith to claim it and harness other goodness in the Lord.
“Fasting and prayer, humanitarian works, love and empathy, heeding to God’s Word are steps of faith,” he said.
Muoka said that testimonies of miracles from members of the church were real and resulted from steps of faith. (NAN)
