A Magistrate court sitting in Bolade Oshodi has convicted 13 of those arrested early on Monday for engaging in open defecation and urination at Agege and Alimosho Area.
Each of the 13 accused persons pleaded guilty when they were arraigned and subsequently sentenced to 3 months imprisonment each.
