Gov. Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State on Monday felicitated with Muslim faithful in the state on the occasion of the Eid-el-Maulud, the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad(SAW).

Aiyedatiwa described the special day as a moment to reflect on the lessons of tolerance, sacrifice and peaceful coexistence with one another which are the virtues of Prophet Muhammad(SAW).
He enjoined Muslim faithful to use the celebration to pray for the sustained peace, unity and collective progress of the state.
“I implore the people of this state to keep faith with the ongoing reforms of the Federal Government aimed at improving the economy of the Nation.
“Our administration’s determination will continue to implement policies and programmes that will make positive impacts on the lives of the people of Ondo State,” he said. (NAN)
