NEWS Engineering Ltd. has congratulated its Board Chairman and Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, as he clocks 72 years and marks 21 years on the throne.
The company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr Josephine Nwaeze, made this known in a statement issued on Sunday.
The statement was sequel to the visit by the Board of Directors and Management of the company to Abubakar in his palace to congratulate him on achieving the milestone.
“Congratulations to His Royal Highness, Alh. Yahaya Abubakar, on your 72nd birthday and 21st anniversary on the throne as the 13th Etsu Nupe.
“We are honored to celebrate this significant milestone with you, a true leader and champion of progress.
“Your dedication to the Etsu kingdom and the people of Niger State is truly inspiring.
“As the Chairman of the Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers and Board Chairman of NEWS Engineering Ltd, your wisdom, guidance, and vision have been instrumental in shaping the future of our communities.
“May this special occasion be filled with joy, love, and continued success.
“We pray for your good health, long life, and continued reign, bringing peace and prosperity to our people,” Nwaeze said.
The managing director expressed gratitude for the warm hospitality that had been extended to her and her team by the Etsu and his people.
Responding, Abubakar expressed his gratitude to the managing director and the company’s management for taking time out of their busy schedules to join him in celebration.
He reaffirmed his commitment to the growth, sustainability, and progress of NEWS Engineering as its Board Chairman.
Abubakar promised that he would try his best to deliver in whatever capacity the company needed him. (NAN)
