The Kaduna Industrial and Finance Company Limited (KIFC) recently welcomed a delegation from the Northern Christian Youth Professionals (NCYP) on a courtesy visit to the company’s Managing Director/CEO, Hon. Barr. Naymarie Francesca Musa-Akande, at KIFC’s headquarters in Kaduna.
The visit, described as both symbolic and strategic, reinforced NCYP’s commitment to promoting leadership, entrepreneurship, and economic development among young professionals in Northern Nigeria.
During the engagement, the NCYP delegation commended the ongoing security improvements in the region, particularly under the current administration. They also expressed their strong support for the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani, applauding recent initiatives aimed at stabilizing communities and fostering economic recovery.
The meeting served as a platform for a forward-looking dialogue on youth empowerment, industrial development, and inclusive economic participation. Discussions focused on practical collaboration between NCYP and KIFC to advance business incubation, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial innovation across Kaduna State.
In her response, Hon. Musa-Akande expressed deep appreciation for the group’s show of solidarity and reaffirmed KIFC’s readiness to partner with mission-aligned organisations. She emphasized the critical role of young professionals in driving industry-focused, sustainable solutions that align with the “Sustain Agenda” of the Kaduna State Government.
“This is the kind of engagement that strengthens our resolve to champion inclusive growth, values-based leadership, and innovative enterprise development,” the MD/CEO noted.
The meeting underscored KIFC’s commitment to creating an enabling environment for young leaders and entrepreneurs, regardless of background, to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the state’s economic transformation.
