The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), says the mantra of the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu should be the driving force to attain the potentiality of our great country.
Dr Boniface Aniebonam, Founder and Chairman, Board of Trustees of NNPP stated this on Sunday in Lagos.
According to him, renewed hope means that President Tinubu is very much familiar and conversant with the fact that things were hard for Nigerians.
“Therefore, it calls for hard work, popular policies and patriotism if we must reinvent a Nigeria of our dreams.
“The challenge in Nigeria today is insecurity of life and property but there is hope for us to overcome.
“What we must do at the moment is to show love to everyone, be our neighbours and brothers’ keeper.
“We should work hard, join hands and support efforts of the government to overcome circumstances, we see something, we say something.
“The President has shown courage and good signs of strong leadership in decision making, therefore, it is time to be more determined and decisive on matters of corruption and insecurity. We must all join hands in the fight,” he said.
Aniebonam said that most Nigerians are done with avoidable excuses of successive administrations, insisting that the ailing economy, cultural and social circumstances in Nigeria had been in existence.
“We all know about it but really, it is time to take the challenges head long, it is our belief that Mr President can do it.
“And so this Sallah celebration shall be a turning point for all Nigerians to take responsibility in their various sectors and ways.
“Let us give all support to Tinubu and his administration without more excuses, blame should be over now in the interest of our dear country.
“May God bless all Nigerians. We must be prayerful equally for God’s mercy and intervention,” he added. (NAN)
