Some missionaries of Kingdom Impact Vision International (KIVI) have urged Churches to be united and ensure expansion of the work of evangelism in Nigeria.
They also mapped out work outline to advance the kingdom mandate and win souls.
Speaking at an event in Lagos on Tuesday, Mr Junior Nwaubani, Pastor, The Global Leader of KIVI, said the global Christian network operated in 27 countries with the sole aim of unity in the body of Christ for greater exploits.
He regretted the discrepancy in the body of Christ, and said that such distractions were employed by the devil to dwarf kingdom advancement and prevent people from knowing Christ and His divine mandate to humanity.
According to him, there is nothing that gives joy to heaven than soul winning.
“Christ-centred posture should preoccupy our daily approach to things in such a manner that unbelievers see Christ ways in us, and repent and be saved,” he said.
Also, another pastor, Mr Abiodun Williams, who is the National Team Leader of KIVI, said the body had been involved in several humanitarian works including organising medical outreaches to communities and correctional facilities and scholarship for indigents.
Williams said that, there were many souls craving to be saved that faithful should look inward to deploy that given to them by God for the actualisaion of the divine commission to save souls.
She called on faith leaders to less emphasise church and its attendant politics that tended to be clog in the wheel of the gospel and work together to bring people to God.
Mr Chugbeng Shaild, Pastor , Chaplain and National Secretary Christian Police Police College Ikeja, said that, KIVI helped in the reformation of the officers to be humane in relation with the public.
He said that KIVI teachings formed part of the training programme for the ongoing police recruitment ongoing.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that KIVI, a non-denomination outreach, works with different organisations and individuals to advance the divine mandate of Jesus Christ to humanity.
The event, held at the Radisson Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, was to rekindle the zeal in Jesus Christ on the faithful, to advance the mandate of soul winning.
At the event that coincided with the birthday of KIVI’s Global Leader, Nwaubani, the network enlisted bodies within the body of Christ that it would collaborate with.
It outlined correctional centres visitations, village evangelism, sponsorship and training of men of God and help to the elderly in society, aside gospel evangelism as part of the areas of service. (NAN)
