Dr Sunny Ajose, an Apex APC leader in Badagry, Lagos State on Wednesday, urged Nigerians to set new goals, make new plans, and strive toward achieving their dreams.
Ajose, who is a Member, Governance Advisory Council (GAC) of Lagos state, gave the advice in a new year message signed by his Media Aide, Mr Sunday Oke in Badagry.
According to him, as we are saying goodbye to the challenges and struggles of the previous year, it is time to embrace the new year with open arms and positive mindset.
“In this new year, it is important to have a positive outlook and believe that it will be a year full of great prospects and breakthroughs,” he said.
He urged Nigerians to be patient with President Bola Tinubu and support his Renewed Hope Agenda.
“This year, the government is focused on implementing tax reforms that will act as a catalyst for development of the country.
“As responsible citizens, it is our duty to support these reforms and contribute toward to the growth of our nation,” he said.
Ajose lauded the efforts Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu in making Lagos state a better place for its residents.
According to him, under Sanwo-Olu’s
leadership, Lagos has seen remarkable progress and development.
He urged residents to continue supporting the governor’s initiatives and pray for his success in placing Lagos amongst the best cities in the world.
Ajose extended his well wishes to the people of Badagry, noting that
2025 would bring more prosperity and growth to them.
He encouraged Badagry residents to maintain their welcoming and friendly nature which made them stand out in Lagos state.
“Let us all work together in peace and love toward achieving our common goal of a better and prosperous Nigeria.
“As we step into 2025, let us leave negativity behind and focus on the blessings and opportunities that this new year has to offer.
“With determination and hard work, we can make 2025 a year of success and achievement for all of us.
“So, let us start this new year with a positive attitude and the belief that it will be a year of blessings for everyone.
“Let us all join hands and work toward making 2025 a great one for our country, our state, and our community,” he said. (NAN)
